
Kiddie Rail
Kiddie Rail approached Mosaic Digital Media struggling to sell their product effectively. After review, we agreed the best course of action was to redesign the main landing page.
Analytics revealed two key deterrents: price visibility and unclear product positioning. Data showed users bounced shortly after seeing the cost, so we moved pricing further down the page, allowing time to justify value before presenting it.
The product itself was also confusing. While marketed as an alternative handrail for children, the unique benefits weren’t clear. We refocused the homepage on explaining real use cases rather than pushing a hard sale.
To support the launch, we also produced an A4 flyer for magazine advertising, driving additional awareness and sales.
